At Starling Jewelry, we want you to be completely enchanted by your new pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place your jewelry in its original Starling gift box and secure it inside a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned piece, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
